Stakeholder Consultation, Redlands, December 7-8

The Redlands consultation is the third of 3 consortium meetings currently planned, to seek input and feedback.  The first was held in San Diego (June 24-25), and the second was in Turin (November 3-4).
 
There is no formal registration process for the Redlands meeting, but please e-mail Ernie Ott <eott@esri.com> if you plan to attend, indicating
  • the days you plan to be there
  • certain or uncertain
  • full contact information (including e-mail address) for those attending from your organization
If you or any of your colleagues have not signed up on-line as a participant in the UNETRANS consortium, please do so now (whether or not you are attending in Redlands).

Venue

Meetings

The technical sessions will be held at the ESRI campus, 380 New York Street, Redlands.  We will be in the Triplex in Building M.  Directions are at the ESRI web site.  Building M is on the west side of New York Street.

Accommodation

A block of rooms has been reserved at the San Bernardino Hilton, 285 East Hospitality Lane, for December 6 and 7 at the rate of $76.00/night plus 10% tax.  Directions: Interstate-10 to Waterman exit, turn north about a block.  This is about 8 km (5 mi) west of the ESRI campus. Map.

Please make your own reservations at 1-800-HILTONS or 909-889-0133 (recommended) and ask for the UNETRANS group block.  The group code is UNE; if you ask for this code when booking it should speed up the process.  The cut-off date is Tuesday, November 28, 2000 [LATE NEWS: extended to Friday December 1].  Reservations requested after this date or after the room block has been filled (whichever has been reached first) are subject to availability and may not be available at the group rate.

Attendees will guarantee and pay for their own rooms, and this applies to other travel expenses as well.  ESRI is not responsible for guaranteeing this room block.
